Our client in the Housing sector based in Sittingbourne are currently seeking to HR Administrators to join them on an ongoing temporary basis which may become permanent. On offer for this office based Monday to Friday HR Administrator position is an hourly pay of 13.74.
What does the role entail?
As the HR Administrator working within a large team you will be processing a range of data through the employee lifecycle journey including processing new starters as well as reference checks, pre employment checks and the onboarding documentation on to the HR database. You will also help to manage the shared HR inbox where you will answer basic enquiries and escalate those that are more challenging plus a range of other ad hoc duties which a HR Administrator may undertake.
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this HR Administrator you will be experienced in HR Employee lifecycle administration and be able to work within a past paced environment. You will be a team player who is articulate both written and spoken, hard working and a self starter who can efficiently mange and prioritise a busy workload. If you have CIPD qualification this is an added bonus but not essential. You will be able to start straight away and be happy working in the office Monday to Friday and be open to a potential permanent job too.
