This role can be based from a variety of locations including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Sheffield, Manchester or Bristol. 

Hybrid working is available however 2 days on-site will be required per week. 

Key duties to include; 

• Provide high-quality generalist HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle
• Work closely with line mangers to coach and guide across a wide range of people issues 
• Support with ER casework including disciplinary and grievance issues
• Create and revising HR policies and procedures where needed
• Support with performance reviews, budget planning and annual reward cycle 
• Ad hoc project work 

To be considered for this role you will need strong current generalist HR knowledge with the ability to manage and lead on a wide range of HR issues. Experience working in a corporate/professional services environment is essential.
