HR Advisor - hybrid role 4 days from Manchester office, 1 day from home

Flexhuis Part of Nash Squared are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who will assist the HR Manager with all generalist parts of the job and ensure that all business demands are satisfied in all areas and divisions. You will be the point of contact for line management, the larger HR department, and employees at all levels in all departments.

As an HR Advisor, you may have the following everyday responsibilities:

• Assisting Managers' upskilling through coaching, mentoring, and support
• Coaching and assisting Managers with disciplinary and grievance matters
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on things regarding employment
• Handling both long- and short-term absence instances
• Controlling every part of the hiring and onboarding process
• Supporting the management of change processes for the company and the larger HR department
• Providing metrics and KPI data to assist activity
• Compliance management
• Conducting evaluations of the internal compensation and benefits provided
• Many opportunities for project work on both new and ongoing projects

The ideal candidate for the job of HR Advisor will have previous experience in either a generalist function or one that is comparable to the one stated above. You will be well-versed in controlling business performance and cooperating with a larger team to advance the objectives of the company.

The length of the contract is 3 months to start with inside IR35. The role requires travelling to the Manchester office 4 times a week.
