p>Temporary Role - HR Advisor needed 1 day or 2x 1/2 days a week

My client based in Poole, Dorset are seeking a Part time HR Advisor to work 8 hours week working from their office.

As a HR Advisor you will be required to support with Payroll, including Data Entry and Payroll Preparation.

This role could become Permanant for the right candidate.

What is the day to day of the role?

General duties:

  • General HR duties
  • Overseeing all employees training and development
  • Working closely with the Directors and stakeholders
  • Taking the lead on ER Cases
  • Supporting with Recruitment

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Must Have a Level 3 CIPD qualification (or above)
  • Have experience supporting with Payroll
  • Have an understanding of employment Law
  • Be adaptable and happy to be part of the wider team.
