And right now, we re looking for an HR Advisor (Maternity Cover). Based at our Capenhurst site you ll provide a professional, proactive, and effective HR service to all UK employees and managers. The HR Adviser will communicate with employees and managers to build effective relationships and manage employee relation cases. The HR Adviser will engage and inform the business whilst ensuring that the execution of HR policies and procedures is effective, timely and consistent across the UK

What will your day look like?

Provide HR related advice and guidance to managers and employees Supporting
Owns and co-ordinates key operational HR processes, providing updates to the UK HR Shared Service Lead and HR Business Partners when necessary
Supports with the resolution of employee relations cases in a manner that is professional, solutions focussed and legally compliant.
Supports the UK Shared Service Lead and Senior HR Adviser, working closely with the UK HR Team and wider business to ensure GDPR compliance
Takes an active role in the recruitment lifecycle to include the evaluation of roles via the HAY process, identifying appropriate recruitment options, and liaising with Morson s RPO team to ensure that recruitment is carried out efficiently and effectively.
Provides proactive support to implement organisational design and change management programmes across the UK to improve organisational effectiveness

What do you need to be great at this role?

CIPD qualified to level 5 minimum (or desire to qualify) or comparable work experience
Several years generalist HR experience, confidently working across all levels of the business and with external contacts
Sound knowledge of employment legislation with the ability to utilise such knowledge to resolve workplace issues and develop policy
Excellent interpersonal skills to provide high levels of support to the organisation
Excellent IT skills (including SAP)
Excellent organisational skills
HAY Job Evaluation trained (desirable)
