Working 37hrs, this role will be working from home and you will be required to work on campus for occasional meetings

Paying 19.28ph - 21.06ph, equates to 37,099 - 40,521pa

They are looking to recruit an experienced HR Operational Enablement Partner, Compliance to join them in their People Services department. This exciting role will provide high level support to some of the key operational deliverables for the People Services Hub. This hub includes several operational teams and an FTE of > 100 people who are responsible for delivering operational people services support and advice across the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Operational delivery of Compliance and DBS checking related activity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to analyse data, run reports and that checks are completed as required
  • Working with teams to ensure key business projects and initiatives are operationalised effectively and delivered in line with agreed deadlines, to ensure the university' strategic objectives are achieved
  • Influence and engage with PS Business Partners and Stakeholders across the teams

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in working within a HR Shared Services / HR Operational environment in large, complex organisations
  • Experience of HR related compliance activities within operational teams, specifically focused on screening and vetting activity i.e. DBS.
  • Compliance of criminal checks experience advantageous
  • Data driven with competence in analysing and extracting data that once reviewed is used to inform key decisions
  • HRIS experience - preferably Success Factors Employee Central
  • Experienced, capable and proactive individual who is a self-starter
  • Confident communicator who will probe and challenge
