p>I am seeking a temporary HR & Policy Data Analyst to join my client in Shaftesbury. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and data analysis, as well as a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
This role, is a new role to the organisation where you will be able to make quality changes and implement new ideas to improve the business.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and patterns
- Completing Risk assessments
- Provide training to all employees around GDPR and resolving data breaches
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership
- Monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives
Qualifications:
- You must hold a CIPD Level 3 minimum
- 3+ years of experience in HR and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
