We are currently recruiting for a interim HR Programme Manager to deliver a pay and reward programme for a local authority. The contract will be initially for 3 months but the programme will run for 15 months.

Your key role will be to deliver the programme for the Director of HR ensuring the delivery of a minimum of five projects relating to pay and reward. You will be continuously assessing risks to the organisation ensuring the programme is aligned to the strategic direction. You will make best use of internal resources and bring in additional resource as required to ensure the programme is delivered within the timescales including leading a team of Project Managers, HR Experts and Analysts.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Past HR Programme Management or HR Transformation experience in a public sector business
  • Strong knowledge of HR terms and conditions
  • Engaging with Trade Unions
  • Leading market research and bench marking
  • Communicating with various stakeholders
  • Budget Management ( 1m programme budget)
  • Programme reporting and monitoring
This role will be hybrid working but the client is happy to discuss the amount of onsite working.

Day Rate: 550 per day via a umbrella company
