We are looking for an HR Project Manager / Consultant to lead the HR activities within the Integral business transformation programme on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).



You will be responsible for delivering all associated people activities with the operational leads as well as owning the governance around the people project plan and managing the day-to-day requirements with the wider HR team and key business stakeholders.



What this job involves




  • As part of the project team, drive the execution of the transformation strategy through the Operational managers, focusing on delivering a high-quality customer experience.

  • Controllership of the people plan, ensuring adequate rigour is maintained, timelines are met, and issues are escalated, as necessary.

  • Lead on employee consultation, coach, educate and support line managers to undertake the appropriate and necessary people activities in line with employment legislation and best practice.

  • Act as change agent, leading a cohesive approach to manager advice and query resolution, upskilling where needed.

  • Produce all relevant documentation and ensure adequate communications of all activities and timelines, consulting with wider HR colleagues and business stakeholders to provide a coherent approach.

  • Grasp opportunities to align processes and seek simplification within the transactional processing elements.

  • Provide a confident and credible leadership that engages all on the transformation journey, acting as a true role model with the values and behaviours appropriate to changing and complex situations.

  • Experience of leading or working as part of transformation teams with a proven track record of delivering the HR responsibilities within complex change programmes.

  • Sound employee relations experience and up to date UK employment legislation knowledge.

  • A capable project manager, meticulous, organised, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to identity and articulate risk, quantify and provide options for resolution.

  • A highly motivated and dynamic initiative-taker, strong emotional intelligence, resilient and ability to navigate through ambiguity.

  • Aptitude for building effective and collaborative relationships at all levels within the business.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to make impactful presentations to senior colleagues.

  • Ability to lead, coach and mentor line managers to drive through performance improvement.

  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to work with and influence a high number of internal stakeholder
