Job Description: Lawrence Harvey is seeking an HRIS System Analyst to join a global client during their Dayforce Implementation. The role involves supporting the administration and enhancement of Dayforce capabilities, requiring on-site presence in Central London. This is a 6-month contract position offering £400 per day and is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Dayforce HCM across multiple modules (CoreHR, WFM, Payroll).
  • Enhance understanding of custom forms, workflows, and Dayforce configuration elements.
  • Manage RBAC setup and security within Dayforce.
  • Utilize Integration Studio and report building.
  • Work with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms.

Skills Required:

  • Experience with Dayforce HCM administration and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of custom forms and workflows.
  • Knowledge of RBAC setup and security management.
  • Familiarity with Integration Studio and report building.
  • Working knowledge of e-signature platforms like DocuSign.

Salary (Rate): £400 daily

Lawrence Harvey are working with a renowned global customer that are in the midst of their Dayforce Implementation journey.

As part of their implementation team, our client are looking for a HRIS System Analyst to support with the administration and enhancement of their Dayforce capabilities.

This is a 6 month initial contract paying £400 a day Outside IR35 and requires 2 days on-site per week in Central London.

Experience Required:

  • Experience administering and configuring Dayforce HCM across multiple modules (Such as CoreHR, WFM, Payroll)
  • Strong understanding of custom forms, workflows, and Dayforce configuration elements.
  • Understanding of RBAC setup and security management within Dayforce.
  • Familiarity with Integration Studio and report building is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms preferred.
