HR Administrator
Salary: 28,000
Location: Borehamwood
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Duration: 3 month contract ( with the view of extension)
This role would really suit someone who has a passion for HR, either studied HR or has exposure to a HR environment. A strong administrator who is confident, sociable, proactive and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Previous recruitment experience, Business or HR degree would work really well for this opportunity but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Managing HR inbox
- Drafting Letters Templates available) Offer Letters, leavers letters, salary increase, promotions.
- On boarding new starters Obtaining I.D and references
- Setting up on HR system
- Following up on any completed probations
- Reviewing absence data
- Pulling together employee data
- General compliance - e.g. Preparing offer letters, contracts and identification
- End to End Recruitment
Attributes:
- HR experience would be highly advantageous
- Degree in Business studies or related degree
- A fast learner, who is pro-active ans takes owership
- Strong administrator wit impeccable attention to detail
- Highly organised, dependable and professional
- Ability to cope well in a fast-paced environment
