Job Description
Experienced HRBP required to manage a reorganisation with Operations, parts of which are unionised, whilst the existing HRBP is on maternity leave and also commence the annual pay negotiations with the union:
* scoping the re-organisation
* advising and coaching managers
* building business rationale
* liaising with Legal
* working closely with the Project Lead
* supporting the handover to Employee Relations team
* Consulting with Workers Council and NUJ (National Union of Journalists) as needed
* Help prepare and lead the pay negotiations with the NUJ, before handing over to the HRBP on maternity leave
