The Opportunity - 12 month Fixed term contract

We have a brand new vacancy for an Inspections and Compliance Administrator, within this role you will be the initial point of contact between the National Inspection providers and the Business Operational contacts. 

As the Inspections and Compliance Administrator your main responsibilities include; monitoring, facilitating, raising defect action plans and processing inspection visits, reports and actions. Generating monthly key performance indicators for presentation to the wider business. Maintaining a good working relationship with inspection provider engineers and administrators and site managers and support functions.


  • First point of contact between the National Providers, AIUK Regional Engineers and Site Managers for the scheduling of statutory inspection activities


  • Assist inspection providers with accessing sites where necessary


  • Develop and maintain the master sheets including regular backups (monthly or more regularly if required)


  • Maintain site list and update site contact details when required


  • To be confident and professional in all methods of communication including face-face, email and on the phone


  • Review reports from the national providers to ensure they are in line with expectations


Who you are


  • Highly motivated, self disciplined well organised individual with an attention to detail and a structured approach


  • A good communicator with a strong continuous improvement ethic who has a desire to work with a team of professional engineers and project managers


  • Must be able to work effectively both in a team and individually & have a good I,T knowledge including Excel and Word (including Google equivalents)


  • Ideally have some facilities management experience
