My leading client is recruiting for an experienced Contract Integration Architect to join our growing Enterprise Architect team on a 6mth month project.

This role is based in Manchester (M3 postcode) 3-4 days onsite per week.

Applicants must live commutable from Manchester for this urgent role.

Integration Architect with be required pick up some work in relation to a new system integration solution that we will be developing. We are specifically looking to build the solution using the integration services available in AWS, so we would specifically be looking for someone who has experience with these to help us flesh out the technical and solution architecture.

Specific deliverables for the role would include:

• Identify gaps in proposed solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
• Make a recommendation for the deployment of the integration processes into "the cloud" to meet the business objectives and requirements for performance and compliance.
• Provide guidance (in the form of documentation) to assist the new teams with monitoring and maintaining the integration processes after go-live.
• Design and implement integration architectures and solutions for connecting internal and external systems.
• Develop integration strategies to ensure seamless, efficient, and scalable data flow between different applications and systems.
• Work closely with IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical integration requirements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of integration platforms.
• Provide technical leadership in the use of integration Middleware, API management, and cloud integration services.
• Evaluate and recommend new integration technologies and tools.
• Ensure the integration architecture aligns with the overall IT strategy and complies with the company's technology standards.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of integration patterns, Middleware, and API management tools.
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (eg, MuleSoft, AWS Integration Services).
• Familiarity with enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies and SOA
• Understanding of security protocols and data encryption techniques.
• Knowledge of both traditional and agile software development methodologies.
• Proven experience of working with business and technical stakeholders to deliver suitable solutions.
• Strong practical knowledge of at least one of the following: TOGAF, DoDAF, MODAF, Zachman etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to translate business needs into clear and comprehensive architectural documents.
• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
