Interaction Designer

Key Responsibilities: As an Interaction Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting seamless user experiences. Your primary responsibilities include:

Customer Experience Design

    • Expertly design and optimize overall user flows, ensuring an intuitive and delightful customer journey.
    • Leverage advanced customer experience design skills to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Experience Design

    • Develop and refine individual design elements to create a cohesive and visually appealing user interface.
    • Utilize advanced experience design techniques to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of digital services.

Oral Communications

    • Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with team members through articulate oral communication to align design strategies.

Written Communication

    • Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for design elements, interaction patterns, and user flows.
    • Convey design ideas and concepts through advanced written communication skills, facilitating understanding across teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Interaction Design with an emphasis on customer experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Experience Design, ensuring individual design elements contribute to an optimal user interface
  • Strong oral communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for comprehensive documentation and conveying design ideas.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and technologies.

Location: Newcastile on site 3 times a week , 2 days remote.
