Are you a talented Finance Manager seeking hybrid working in a charitable business?A fast-growing, ethical and successful organisation, based in Portsmouth, is on the hunt for a Finance Manager to join their friendly team on a 4-month temporary basis. You will join the business at a pivotal time and have a real opportunity to add value and give back to the community.Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing 2 direct reports
• Monthly management accounts
• Statutory accounts
• Cashflow forecasting
• Budgeting
• Business partnering with heads of departments and senior stakeholders

What you will need:

• Accounting qualification - ACCA/CIMA/ACA
• Previous experience in a similar role, such as Finance Director/Finance Manager/Financial Controller/Senior Management Accountant/Management Accountant/Accounts Manager
• Experience of managing a small team and supporting them to succeed
• A background in the charity sector is very desirable
