Description
An Interim Global HR Manager to:
- Join an organisation during an org wide change program
- Work on a certain project to catalogue and organise country specific advice and guidance provided from legal experts
- Perhaps create a handbook or manual for their employee relation advice, including restructures, process flows, and legal agreements
- Support the implementation of a case management and knowledge management system to advise what should be on the system and what process order it needs to be
- Dependent on candidate background, the organisation may provide additional HR work to be completed as well
Profile
A Interim Global HR Manager with:
- International experience with an understanding of different cultures and environments is essential
- An understanding of international employment law desirable
- Available to start immediately
- Proactive mindset
