As Interim Head of HR you will be responsible for;

• Providing high quality and professional HR advisory service to Senior Leaders within the business
• Undertake HR projects
• Line management and development
• Support, develop and implement HR strategy
• Ensure policies and procedures are up to date

You will need;

• Proven track record operating at a senior level within HR in an Education/Not for Profit setting
• CIPD qualification
• Able to work on site 5 days per week
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong partnering experience

On offer is;

• Day rate c. 250- 270 per day inside IR35 via Umbrella
• 2-3 month contract initially
• Flexible contract, possibility to extend and/or turn permanent
