Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and implement all core HR policies, procedures, and processes
- Advise and support managers with complex employee relations cases
- Lead on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation across all HR activities
- Partner with leadership to drive engagement and support organisational goals
- Provide HR support across multiple sites, building strong relationships with operational teams
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a similar HRBP or HR Manager role, ideally within logistics, FMCG, distribution or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice HR principles
- Comfortable working in a greenfield HR environment and setting things up from scratch
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site setting
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
