SF Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an HR/People Business Partner to join our client for a short period of time. This role is mainly working remotely but you must be able to travel to Derby and within the UK when needed.

Reporting into the Head of HR & sitting with a HR Assistant, you will work collaboratively to manage all HR activity - working on ER casework, managing HR budget, leading on employee engagement, supporting with recruitment & onboarding, coaching and development across the business, management of HR admin and payroll processes as well as working on some very exciting projects such as:

- Recruitment strategy
- Wellbeing calendar
- Change management
- Reviewing policies and handbook

They are looking for a CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified HR generalist who is self-motivated who has ideally worked in a standalone role before at partnering level. Payroll exposure would be desirable. Holding a full UK driving licence is essential.
