Prestigious public sector health client are looking for a Procurement Manager/Senior Buyer with a Public Sector health background to cover procurement activity and projects for indirect spend within the organisation. Much of the focus will be on providing commercial support for all sourcing/buying activity by using frameworks and compliant routes to market for all areas of spend. You will hold recent knowledge of PCR 2015/relevant Public Sector frameworks and will ensure that along with meeting the organisations strategic objectives, value for money and compliance is met. This will be a hybrid role, therefore you will require the ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter who leads by example.

Key areas -

Public sector health experience - desirable

• Recent experience of working in a procurement role in the Public Sector
• Recent/proven experience of public sector sourcing
• Supplier management and contract negotiation/drafting
• Must be enthusiastic and extremely driven
• Public Sector Procurement experience - PCR 2015/Frameworks
• Cross category experience - Health Sector
• Effective stakeholder management
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• MCIPS Qualified - desirable
