The selected candidate will play a key role in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. Working closely with a dynamic team of engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, the Senior Software Engineer will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. In addition to hands-on development, the role involves providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications following established coding standards
• Analyse user requirements to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop technical specifications based on user requirements
• Troubleshoot existing code issues as needed
• Monitor system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Participate in code reviews as necessary
