IT Business Analyst/ Pharma Indusry
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience IT Business Analyst to join a leading pharma industry for an initial 6 month contract.
The role is based in Macclesfield and some work at the site in Speak/Near Liverpool.
Travel: EMEA region - UK, France, Russia and Egypt - Mainly a small amount of travel to France, ¾ days on site. Couple of days a Q
The selected candidate needs to have proven experience working as IT Business Analyst and knowledge in BigData, IOT and AI.
This role is inside IR35 so please bear this in mind when applying
Key Skills:
You will partner with the IT Site Lead, taking responsibility to deliver high quality business cases, business process designs and ensure that proposed solutions meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards and business solution needs.
Historically profiles have been received with a finance bias. We do not require finance experience profiles
Additional:
* IT Business Analyst experience in a digital environment
* Experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques - lean, agile
* Working knowledge of SAP manufacturing related modules in a regulated environment.
* Confirmed experience of working with complex integrated systems, using creative and critical thinking to deliver extraordinary results
* Experience customer facing engaging with senior stakeholders in manufacturing environment
* Demonstrated experience of virtual collaboration to lead, craft and develop innovative solutions
* Experience in scoping and delivering solutions in reporting, data analysis and visualisation clearly driving business benefit
* The ability to analyse and understand infrastructure landscapes and the integration needs to data across application components
* Demonstrated experience of virtual collaboration to lead, craft and develop innovative solutions
* Experience in working on a digital transformation programme
* The ability to travel both domestically and internationally
* Pharma experience advantageous
Desirable attributes
* A keen interest in AI and Machine Learning
* A good understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies
* Degree in relevant discipline or formal certification in business analysis practice
* Lean SIGMA training
* Practical usage of Agile Methodology
* Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context
