Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ERP system implementation.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of the ERP system, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with vendors and internal IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and end-users.
- Conduct regular meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure that stakeholder expectations are met throughout the ERP implementation process.
- Communicate effectively with diverse teams to ensure a smooth and successful deployment
Data Analysis:
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess data requirements, mapping, and cleansing for ERP implementation.
- Work with data migration teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data during the transition to the new ERP system.
- Provide insights into data-related challenges and propose effective solutions.
Project Management:
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones related to ERP implementation.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
Qualifications:
- Past experience of implementing an ERP system.
- Strong understanding of business processes, data structures, and system integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
