Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs and goals.
System Design and Documentation:
- Develop detailed system specifications and functional designs to meet business requirements.
- Document workflows, processes, and data models to facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and collaborate with data architects to design effective data solutions.
- Solution Evaluation and Recommendation:
- Evaluate technology solutions and provide recommendations based on cost-effectiveness, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
- Work with vendors to understand product offerings and assess their suitability for the organization.
Project Management:
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in IT and business analysis.
