Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs and goals.

System Design and Documentation:

• Develop detailed system specifications and functional designs to meet business requirements.
• Document workflows, processes, and data models to facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity and collaborate with data architects to design effective data solutions.
• Solution Evaluation and Recommendation:
• Evaluate technology solutions and provide recommendations based on cost-effectiveness, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
• Work with vendors to understand product offerings and assess their suitability for the organization.

Project Management:

• Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in IT and business analysis.
