We are currently seeking an experienced IT Deployment and Infrastructure Specialist to join our client. You will play a pivotal role in the deployment and upgrade project. This role encompasses both hardware deployment and end-user services, as well as infrastructure-related responsibilities.

The Deployment Engineer/Infrastructure Engineer will be required to work onsite in Ipswich for the initial 6-week period.

IT Deployment and Infrastructure Engineer Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in deploying and upgrading Windows devices.
• Expertise in utilizing Windows Device Manager for efficient endpoint management.
• Strong background in Active Directory account creation and management.
• Demonstrated experience in AV product replacement, transitioning from CrowdStrike to Microsoft Defender.
• Proficiency in infrastructure management tasks, including security product upgrades and file server data migration.
• Experience in imaging Thin Client terminals and laptops, along with efficiently replacing desk docks with Thin Client terminals.
• Proficiency in upgrading and replacing security products across the server estate.
• Competence in creating and populating Active Directory security groups for access control and managing NTFS permissions on the file server.
• Facilitating seamless migration of file server data.
