p>IT Helpdesk Analyst| 4 Months (Inside IR35)| Hybrid (Edinburgh)| Harvey Nash s Client is recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Analyst on a 4 month contract. You will be responsible for providing top notch customer support, troubleshooting user and technical issues, and offering guidance on utilizing equipment effectively. Main Responsibilities 1 Customer Support: * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and our call management system. * Provide exceptional customer service to users of the spaces. * Using our in-house remote support tools, provide 1st line troubleshooting in addressing technical issues related to equipment, and if not able to resolve to pass onto the appropriate 2nd line team. 1 Technical Troubleshooting: * Triage hardware and user awareness issues * Collaborate with our technical teams to resolve problems * Document and escalate issues as needed, ensuring timely resolution. Key Skills * Proven experience in customer service in a helpdesk environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ideally have some knowledge of the type of equipment and technology you would find in a teaching space. * Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Confident personality, with the ability to keep calm under pressure. This role falls inside of IR35 and is hybrid working with the expectation to be in the Edinburgh office 2 days a week.
