About Our Client

Here's a 3 months contract opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer based in the Falkirk area, within the technology department of a well-established industrial / manufacturing company. This is paying in the region of 240 per day inside IR35.

This contract is to provide support to internal users for a manufacturing business, so you can expect a busy working environment that requires all your skills and experience to ensure you provide the best possible service.What you'll bring to the role:

Job Description

  • 1st & 2nd Level support for all users with hardware, software, and application problems.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 (and above)
  • Working knowledge of MS O365 as well as Active Directory
  • Demonstrable skills in laptop builds and application deployments
  • Ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution or escalation
  • Demonstrable experience of prioritising work in a fast paced IT Support environment
  • A self Starter able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Ensure compliance with company's IT policies and procedures.
