Job Description: The role of IT/OT Manufacturing at iXceed Solutions involves leading digital transformation projects within the manufacturing sector, specifically focusing on bottling plant operations. The position requires extensive experience in IT-OT integration and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to design scalable solutions. The Functional Consultant will bridge business needs with technical implementation, ensuring alignment with operational workflows and strategic KPIs. This is a fully onsite position based in London, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading requirement-gathering workshops with plant stakeholders.
- Partner with business teams to analyze as-is processes and translate operational challenges into digital use cases for process optimization, operational excellence, and energy optimization.
- Define functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Validating process flows and ensuring alignment with KPIs such as OEE, yield, and sustainability.
- Support the design of the DT architecture, including data models, simulation logic, and visualization layers.
- Collaborating with the development team to create user stories, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Leveraging knowledge of bottling line equipment, SCADA/MES systems, and quality control processes to ensure the solution reflects real-world plant dynamics.
- Enable integration with digital models and AI/ML algorithms for continuous improvement.
- Active participation in the Digital Twin project lifecycle – Discovery, design, pilot, testing, deployment, and scaling.
Skills Required:
- Subject matter expert in Manufacturing – IT-OT, Digital & Autonomous Manufacturing.
- Ability to collaborate and execute large, complex Digital Transformation projects.
- Excellent communication skills and team player.

Detailed Job Description: This initiative requires strong manufacturing domain expertise, particularly in bottling plant operations, to gather and standardize requirements across geographically distributed sites and to design a robust, scalable solution blueprint. Deep understanding of IT-OT integration, manufacturing processes, process modeling, familiarity with industry standards such as ISA-95 for enterprise-control system integration. The Functional Consultant will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical implementation, ensuring that the Digital Twin architecture aligns with both operational workflows and strategic KPIs.
