IT Procurement Specialist

Hybrid (1 day per week in Cardiff or Newport)

Yolk Recruitment are currently hiring for an IT Procurement Specialist on an initial 3 Month Contract with planned extension.

You will have the flexibility of working on a hybrid basis, requiring you on site 1 day per week only across Cardiff or Newport sites.

You will be undertaking and managing a robust, compliant procurement process including market analysis, issue of PQQ / ITT, assessment, contract placement / negotiation and contract / relationship management at varying complexity and values including delivery under EU procurement law and company procedures in the field of ICT.

Ideal candidates will have experience of leading procurement's (Strategy, Tendering, award) under OJEU regulation and be able to demonstrate experience with on prem and cloud / saas based solutions and experience in procuring IT professional services to support:

• ERP System Upgrades
• Telecoms Services
• GIS Software Upgrades
• Debt Management System Replacements
• Billing & Income software solution procurement
