We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with experience working on IT strategy, Target Operating Model, and/or IT governance projects. This would be to work a contract basis to work with a global retail organisation. To start in the next month for an initial 3-6-month period (outside IR35).

This position is hybrid with both remote working and going into office as appropriate - (Milton Keynes area). Some travel to international sites may be required at times.

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years Technology Project Management experience.

Experience working on IT strategy, Target Operating Model, and/or IT governance projects (essential).

Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects, specifically related to operating model transformation and/or organisational change.

Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Change management experience /methodologies to facilitate smooth transition during the implementation of a new operating model.

IT Sourcing experience - vendor management and knowledge of procurement/sourcing processes

Desirable Requirement:

Leading IT projects within the context of mergers & acquisitions including experience in developing and executing integration plans for IT systems, infrastructure, and processes.
