County Durham - On SiteResponsibilities:- Provide IT support for hardware and software issues in a Microsoft environment.- Perform routine password resets and address staff technical issues.- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.- Contribute to the service desk support, focusing on efficient problem resolution.- Engage in project work, including migrations and other IT initiatives.Requirements:- Demonstrated experience in IT support roles.- Proficiency in troubleshooting and delivering technical assistance.- Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience supporting hardware and software issues in a Microsoft environment.Contract Details:- Duration: 2 months (Initial Contract)- On-site presence required in County Durham.- Competitive remuneration based on experience.
