Description

This is not your typical IT support, service desk role. As a close knit team, there are a few projects to approach this year; Windows update, Hardware building, update of key technology to just name a few.

Of course, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance across the end user base.

Profile

You will have a good foundation level of knowledge across IT Support and you are looking for your next opportunity to really develop your technical skill-set further. The hiring manager is ready to help you on this journey.

From a technical perspective , it is important you have some understanding of the below

• ServiceNow
• M365
• Active Directory
• Hardware- Laptops, printers,
• Intune

Being hands -on, self sufficient and always following the procedure and process will put you in good sted. This is a large factory where you will be lasing between all level of employees across the business.

Job Offer

This is a long term contracts role, which offers 3 x month contracts and extensions every 1/4. The previous candidate was in this role for 15 x months.

A day rate between 200 - 230, which is paid via an Umbrella company each week.

It is ESSENTIAL that you drive. The location is not easily accessible by public transport.

Interview taking place over the next 2 -3 weeks. 1st stage is via Teams and the 2nd stage will be in person.
