Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for hardware and software issues in a Microsoft environment.
- Perform routine password resets and address staff technical issues.
- Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Contribute to the service desk support, focusing on efficient problem resolution.
- Engage in project work, including migrations and other IT initiatives.

Requirements:
- SC Clearance Required
- Demonstrated experience in IT support roles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and delivering technical assistance.
- Familiarity with on-boarding/off-boarding processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting hardware and software issues in a Microsoft environment.

Contract Details:
- Duration: 12 months (Initial Contract)
- On-site presence required in Derby.
- Competitive remuneration based on experience.
