p>I am recruiting an experienced IT Technician for a Leeds based academy to support the school's teachers and support staff up to the summer holidays. On offer is a 3 -6 month contract role at a daily rate up to circa 150 per day. The role is fully on site.

What you will be working on:
As part of a small IT team, you will complete typical 1st and 2nd line support functions: dealing with desktop/laptop issues and builds, audiovisual connectivity issues, fault-finding and diagnosing/solving issues that are raised via the helpdesk.

The role will involve setting up of accounts, password resets, as well as IT troubleshooting. You will be managing your own workload, so a structured, organised approach is critical. As this role is face to face with staff and students, you will need strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to use your own initiative.

We are looking for someone with:

• IT experience in a school setting
• IT Support/Helpdesk experience to install/manage software and hardware
• An ability to troubleshooting general IT issues efficiently

The role is for 3-6 months from paying circa 150 per day, working on site everyday.
