p> A Java/Scala Full stack developer needed to be working onsite in Glasgow for a leading investment bank for a 12 months project to regulatory agencies on complex taxonomies as well as giving our internal users the ability to analyse the data and help present the reports to these agencies.

The A Java/Scala Full stack developer will be proficient in Java and/or Scala as well as having experience of a variety of other cloud technologies or techniques, including Spark, Data Bricks, Azure Cloud, Snowflake and Power BI.

Additionally experience with Front End technologies such as Angular, relational databases, automated testing frameworks and building tools experience would be beneficial.

The candidate will be familiar with techniques and concepts related to building high quality software in an agile fashion, including automated testing, tooling, and DevOps tools/concepts.
