Junior Scrum Master, Multinational Telecommunications Company

TEKsystems are looking for an individual who is responsible for the bring up and maintenance of test automation racks and supporting infrastructure

As a Scrum Master, you will govern the flow of work, ensuring focus on priorities while managing expectations within the team and with our internal customers. This will involve using in JIRA for ticket tracking, with tasks requested by internal teams/engineers. You will need to ensure that information in the tickets is as complete as possible, to ensure that the Infrastructure Operations team are able to most accurately assess and project turnaround time(s).

Tasks will include building of racks and/or setups encompassing everything from the ordering of equipment, working out logistics of intake and the build out. These will also include facilitating DSL connectivity, deployment of virtual machines, and asset management.

Skills:

• Two years experience as a Scrum Master in a development environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain objective and calm under pressure.
• Experience with using and administering JIRA/Confluence around workflow, dashboards, and fields. 
• A strive for continuous improvement

• Hybrid - Going into the office 2 days a week
