What you'll be working towards:

We are currently looking to engage with a Principal Ruby Developer on a large scale project with one of our government sector clients.

About You:

The role will require an excellent communicator and have experience in leading the build of web applications using Ruby, a strong understanding of software engineering principles, and a passion for creating high-quality, scalable code.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the building of Ruby applications and API development development life cycle.
• Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Review code submissions ensuring adherence to industry best practices and maintaining high code quality
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for your teams code and projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical leadership roles.
• Expertise in Ruby applications and API development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Commitment to code quality, best practices, and documentation.
