Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Lead Service Designer on a 2 months contract with a possibility of further extension.
The Modernisation Programme has a portfolio of programmes tasked with delivering significant transformation with 3 key programmes of change:
- Resident Experience - Improving residents' satisfaction by redesigning our services around the resident, significantly improving our digital self- serve offer so that it becomes our channel of choice, reducing call volumes and complaints.
- Business Support - Review of our Business Support functions and processes to make them more efficient, effective and designed around the resident and service users.
- Digital, Data and Technology - Developing a DDaT model for the client and delivering a roadmap to implement this new model.
Main purpose of the role will be: Redesign leadership, System Implementation Leadership, Service Review Facilitation, Channel Transition from Email to E-Form, E-Form Evaluation and Redesign, Development of New Self-Service Transactions, Website redesign, Website Content Review, Business Support Functional Review.
