A leading financial services organisation is looking for a Commercial Lawyer for a 12 month FTC on a part time basis. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior business executives and you will be involved in a diverse portfolio of work.

Key duties will include:

* IT contracts to include software licenses and usually structured as master services agreement with order forms
* Professional services engagement letters
* Corporate contracts – eg office infrastructure, corporate services for all offices
* Recruitment contracts
* NDAs
* other ad hoc matters and projects.

You will have a minimum of 3 years of Post Qualified Experience specialising in commercial law and gained in a law firm or legal department of a financial services organisation. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business.
