We are currently recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a dynamic team in Edgbaston Park Road, Birmingham. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a balance between office and remote work.

Role Overview: As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial aspects of the organisation. This position involves managing accounts, conducting payroll reconciliation, handling variances, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Management accounts
• Payroll reconciliation
• Variances analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Budgeting activities
• Running management accounts
• Collaborating with HR business partners
• Salary management
• Supporting the Procurement and Legal team
• Liaising with HR business partners and participating in forecasting

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in budget setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
