- Compilation and review of expenditure to assist in the preparation the monthly management reporting pack
- Preparation and review of strategic and single year budgets, periodic reviews and forecasts
- Calculation and analysis of monthly variances for actual / forecast, versus previous forecast, annual budget and previous year
- Support of management, through provision of relevant, targeted information, analysis and advice
- Ensure financial procedures and processes are followed strictly in order to safeguard the company results and financial assets
- Be able to assist / support the whole Finance team, by sharing ideas and being a positive influence on the way the department operates
Hybrid role, once training is complete: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 4.30 pm
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be part or fully qualified with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to your work, experience within a commercial organisation would be an advantage. You should also have good technical financial accounting skills together with flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines. Critically, you should be adept at working under pressure and have experience of using Excel regularly.
