Description

• Prepare and produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Support in the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
• Participate in financial audit processes.
• Perform variance analysis to understand differences in forecasted and actual performance.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accounting activities align with the company's goals.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to management for decision-making.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
