Marketing Executive


Location: Cheltenham / Hybrid (at least two working days in the office per week)

Permanent: 6 month FTC

Function: Proposition Marketing

Role


Reporting to our Growth Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will support the team to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns. The individual will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of new-to-market and existing propositions to improve top of funnel targets through to lead generation. You will assist with copy writing across a variety of offline and online channels.


We are looking for a passionate individual who will help drive effective results across our marketing activity.


Key Accountabilities


  • Support with the execution of go to market campaigns across B2B channels
  • Lead and co-ordinate key industry event and partnership activity
  • Manage social medial channels, including content creation, post scheduling and reporting on performance
  • Manage our dedicated email platform, including the creating and build of email copy, layout and reporting metrics
  • Develop appropriate sales collateral to support New Business and Service functions
  • Effective campaign planning and management to ensure on time delivery and within budget
  • Ensure the Endsleigh tone of voice and brand is consistent across all the channels
  • Support with the management of third party suppliers
  • Establish strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business to understand needs and challenges
  • Manage marketing invoices and budget oversight & reconciliation
  • In the design and delivery of customer communications, the Marketing Executive will appropriately consider consumer outcomes and ensure adherence to the expectations of Endsleigh s Communication and Financial Promotions Policy, in compliance with the regulation.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven experience in a similar marketing role, coupled with experience of delivering and measuring performance.


Professional Experience


  • Minimum of two years marketing experience
  • Experience within the financial services sector, desirable but not essential
  • Experience in building and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and delivery plans
  • Experience using email management software.
