Our client is looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer, with previous experience in working with Fire and Rescue Services or with the Police, in order to assist with Cloud Services team managing, supporting and configuring multiple Microsoft 365 tenant environment.

What will you do as a Microsoft 365 Engineer?

• Assess and analyze client needs, recommending solutions.
• Design and implement Microsoft technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and training to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure security and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and reports.
• Manage projects and client relationships.
• Optimize system performance.

A successful Microsoft 365 Engineer will have experience with:

• Enterprise level environments (2-3k users)
• Microsoft 365 and associated tools and applications
• Azure and AAD
• SCCM/MECM
• Intune/Autopilot
• Exchange

Must have previous experience in working with Fire and Rescue Services or with the Police!
