The role:

The Digital Designer plays a key supporting role in the Visual Identity of the Molton Brown brand online. With responsibilities ranging from Molton Brown websites and 3rd party retailer assets, emails, display & affiliate banners, social assets.

What you will do:

  • Work with the Art Director to create pixel perfect & engaging assets for our global website: homepage designs for campaign and promotional launches, website sign-posting and traffic drivers, landing pages & editorial pages.
  • Support the digital marketing channels to drive engagement and conversion through assets at are relevant to display & affiliate banners, social cover images, posts & stories and email. Creative should fall within our templates, look aspirational & reflect the brand.
  • Enhance the brand presence on 3rd party retails websites globally by bringing campaigns to life across Molton Brown brand pages and working with Brand Managers to make sure Molton Brown branding is consistent across all platforms
  • Act as brand guardian and protect the use of the Molton Brown name, logo, marks, visual identity and key equities across all digital platforms.

What you will need:

  • BA Honors Degree in Graphic Design or other relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a digital design role within luxury retail.
  • Must be detail focused, organized and dedicated to delivering work according to schedule and expectations.
  • Have an understanding of UX design and awareness of how we can improve performance on our website through good creative visual design and thinking.
