Looking For a Number Of Network Architects To Work With One Of Our Leading FS Clients - Must Have Solid Experience Of The Genesys Suite, Along With The Following

• Expertise knowledge in network level call routing and call plan management along with experience in building and maintaining routing strategies for voice interactions in Composer
  
  

SIP protocols and VOIP signalling - Testing and releasing routing strategies for voice

• Experience in large scale, global, Contact Centre Architecture and expertise in providing deployment of the Genesys Suite with solid skills in overseeing various aspects of the Contact Centre setup using Genesys Administrator (GA) and troubleshooting expertise in contact centre solutions.
• Experience in Genesys Engage Inbound (Voice) - Genesys GAX, CME, GA, Genesys CX Cloud
  
  

Handling deployment, configuration, business setup, and ongoing maintenance for Genesys

Nice to have would be a background/recent experience working within Banking/Financial Services (or have worked within another highly regulated industry sector, Pharma etc.)

Client is looking to start people within the next 3-4 weeks (following successful background checks).
