Location: Remote working + (1-2 days onsite in Reading) + occasional travel within the EU may be required.

We are looking for someone to join our Network Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of data networks, network analysis and troubleshooting, and good experience with Cisco networking, Palo Alto Firewall and VOIP products. You will work closely with other IT support teams on network-related issues/projects to support multiple data centres, offices and stores.

Must Have Skills:

• Must have skills are Cisco Routing and Palo Alto Firewall experience.
• SDWAN (Software-defined WAN) is a good to have.

Responsibilities

Install, configure and manage LANs, WANs, wireless networks, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, SDWAN (Software-defined WAN) and other network hardware.

Responsible for a large WAN environment, involving multiple networks and data centres, ensuring maximum availability and capacity while ensuring adequate security.

Monitor network performance, and implement performance tuning.

Apply knowledge of Firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

Manage cabling and telecom infrastructure to ensure smooth operations of our customer delight center.
