We are currently recruiting for a Network Engineer to support on BAU activities and further down the line, to support on project delivery also.

The role will be providing support on ServiceNow incidents, undertaking troubleshooting and resolution. You would be working in a team made up of Infrastructure Analysts, Engineers and Senior Engineers. You will be expected to provide support to the Senior Engineers as well as show initiative in prioritising tasks.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Excellent knowledge of core routing and switching networks.
• Network security understanding.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure.
• Previously worked in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Able to support on server connectivity issues as well as more large scale work such as new devices.
• Cisco Firewalls/Checkpoint Firewalls.
• Cisco Networking, CCNA level.
• Cisco Catalyst/Nexus/SAN Switches.
• F5 Load Balancer knowledge.
• Change, risk and incident management.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Understanding of voice management protocols.
• Ansible.
• Terraform.
